KQED: Violence and Gang Activity Still Plague California’s Juvenile Corrections Facilities

KQED highlights a recent report from CJCJ, detailing how conditions at California’s state youth correctional facilties, the Division of Juvenile Justice (DJJ), continue to be dangerous and mental health care at the facilities is sometimes nonexistent. CJCJ’s Erica Webster describes the overall findings of the report:
