This volume of the Justice Policy Journal features five informational articles. They deal with balancing justice and racism in the juvenile justice field; findings from the national household survey on drug abuse; juvenile crime, adult adjudication, and the death penalty; pregnant girls and moms in detention, and lastly unlawful motives and race-based arrests for minor offenses.
